quality assurance during the ordering process (correct item numbers,
availability, compatibility), deal with products which are defective
when they arrive (dead on arrival), and handle warranty claims in the

All products purchased by CEMA on behalf of its clients are registered
in the CEMA CRM system. This registration includes the serial number,
the manufacturer, the supplier, and warranties. If any defects occur,
this guarantees quick handling of the warranty case. For this purpose,
